We ship Express via SMSA & Others within Saudi Arabia and DHL to the GCC, US and UK. Within Saudi Arabia it generally takes 3 business days. For the GCC, US and UK it generally takes 4-6 business days. Any custom import duty will be paid by the customer.
Cash on Deliver (COD) is available in Saudi Arabia only and additional fees apply. As our website is a self check out, if the customer mistakenly chooses the free Express-Wire or Credit card option for a COD order, Mashii reserves the right to manually cancel the order and issue a new Express-COD order with the correct COD fee applied.
Any refund or exchange must take place within 7 days from receiving the merchandise. The merchandise must be undamaged, in the original packaging and everything in the same new condition it was received. If items have signs of being worn or used, unfortunately they cannot be returned or exchanged.

- If you are unhappy with the size, we will replace it for you for free. This is limited to 1 time per customer. We will email you an Air Way Bill to print and hand over with the exchanged item to the nearest SMSA branch to you.
